Milan Miloradovic was born in Belgrade, Serbia in 1955, where he later earned a bachelor's degree in Sculpture from Academy of Arts. His early work was abundant in both clay and stone sculptures and monuments.
Lately, he focuses on using scrap metal, particularly iron, in his work, as he is fascinated with its strength and malleability. His most recent sculptures present a harmony of bold textures wrought into subtle, natural shapes. Milan is especially gifted in expressing warmth of life using the cold materials.
He resides in Dusseldorf, Germany, where he can be frequently seen walking his dog along the river Rhine.
